Today I built a drop down fuse panel. Most just mount the fuse blocks somewhere on the panel sub-frame, but I don’t like the idea of crawling under the panel unless absolutely necessary. This is a simple and elegant solution. The fuse panel is made from .040 2024 Aluminum and mounts on a hinge on the F xxxx frame. Two ¼ turn winged Camlocs hold it in the horizontal position connected to the instrument panel. Cost is $5 worth of material, actually left over stuff, the added weight is just a few ounces and 2 Camlocs.
