These are the fuel line pictures, I used the wire model method and then just went for it copy the bends in the wire. The AN 833-6D really needed support going trough the tin firewall, so I copied the vent line washers and made them from 1/8” aluminum. You can also see it the picture the Delrin support blocks. This works well and holds the tubes in position and together. I just drilled ¼” holes for the brake lines and 3/8” holes for the fuel line and then cut the slot out on the band saw slightly undersize. You have to push to get the lines in place, but the snap in and the blocks are ¾” thick which is the distance to the cover, so that locks them down.
