The flap linkage is a little puzzling at first, since you have to punch a hole in the fuselage and it’s hard to know how big. I started with a hole just big enough to clear the ball end on the flap in the closed position. From that point I added the rod connection to the WD 613 EF flap weldment and started moving the flap position down. As the flap rod started hitting the bottom fuselage skin, I would take out another 1/8’ of material, and continued this process until I was able to get full movement Next shop day, I’ll clean up the edges and start on the other side.
