Brief Description: Hatch in baggage floor & final riveting of F-705
Today I planned to clean up loose ends on the fuselage. I installed a hatch on the left side of the baggage compartment for my emergency locater transmitter (ELT) and decided it would be a good idea to have access on the other side, so I added a hatch there also. I also riveted the F-705 frame since I have a slider canopy vs. the tip up which uses these holes. It will be good to have access for wiring and inspection, which is not possible otherwise since the floor is riveted down to the ribs and rear spar support.
