I am continuing to work on the nose wheel and gear leg fairings. I cut the wheel opening larger to give a 5/8” clearance called for in the instructions and fit the nose piece around the tire and nose gear leg. I also had to cut the holes for the Bogert Tow bar and they need to be in perfect to line with the studs. I started with a small hole close as I could get it and then kept enlarging it with my Dremel until it was centered over the tow bar stud and 7/8” in diameter. I also started drill the hinge to the leg fairing which hole the split in the back together once it is on the leg. If you pull the hinge pin it allows removal of the fairing.
