Today I went back to the baffles and was determined to get the last few pieces in place. Well, I made a good dent in my plan, but there is still a few days left to complete them. The center section and attach angles are done as is the left inlet contour bracket. I made a paper pattern for this and used a brake I borrowed for Dana next door. It turned out great and really filled in the gap. I also trimmed the top of the side baffles to match the top cowl inlet and mounted the center section of the baffle that goes around the rear of the spinner area. I will trim this section to the top cowl next and finish the filter brackets next. I think a few more days and the baffles will be behind me.
