Brief Description:  Capacitance Plates and End Ribs

I installed the capacitance plate and trimmed the wires to the correct length. Stripping them and crimping the connectors on inside the tank was less than fun. I got the wires attached to the inboard plate and then the plate to the rib. I bent the vent line upward at the end to minimize fuel overflow on hot days. I riveted in the two end ribs and torqued down the vent tube fitting. While I still had some proseal, I dabbed some on the wiring to attach it to the vent line and made a fillet on the outside of the inboard rib and encapsulated the rivet heads. I still need to seal the inside of both ribs, the outside of the outboard rib and rivet heads and the vent tube line fitting.
