I fabricated the anti-hangup brackets that attach to the rib and stiffener and installed them in both tanks with pulled rivets. I next touched up the fillets in the right tank with proseal and then began installing the capacitance plates in the right tank. I installed the outboard plate and ran the wire through the snap bushings. I installed the vent tubing and turned the snap bushings to twist the wire around the vent tube. Next came the inboard rib which I placed loosely in position and ran the wire from the BNC connector through the snap bushing and around the vent tube. The inboard capacitance plate was placed into position so that I might determine the correct length for the wires to trim them and crimp on the connectors.
