Brief Description:  Test Fit Door, Rivet hinge and Outboard Rib

Test fitted the baggage door on the fuse, fits suprisingly wel, so much better than the original skin that I had to measure the width just to confirm, and yes, it is a good 3/8" wider than the original skin. This will make the door alignment so much more satisfying!

Riveted the hinge to the door per spec, and rivet the outboard rib to the door skin (not shown - no pic taken). RIveting the door skin to the aft and forward ribs is called for next.

Of course, this will require fixing the skin so it can not move since the only way to rivet is bucking the rivets because the forward and aft rib flanges prevent squeezing. So, I'll be placing the baggage door assembly on the fuse, and using cargo straps, ensure the door is held in place and can not move, then me and another lucky sole will buck the rivets, rivet gun on the outside with the flush rivet, and bar on the inside, which means crawling inside the fuse bar and flashlight in hand.
