Brief Description: Debur, Dimple and Re-Assemble Baggage Door
dis-assemble the baggage door, debur all holes in the skins, ribs and angle. Some where in this process, I located the hinge and match drilled the holes for the door skin half hinge. Dimpled the top side of the forward and aft baggage door ribs, the outboard baggage door rib. Machined countersinked the match drilled holes in the angle to match the dimpled holes of the outside skin. The hinge is flush against the bottom of the angle.
