Brief Description: Instrument Panel, Flange and Subpanel assembly

Continued work on the instrument panel, separated the clips from the attach flange, deburred edges on clips, flange, panel and subpanels. Clecoed the subpanles to the main panel, one hole offset north of the permament position to enable clecoe of the attach flange to the subpanels.
Next step is to final drill with #40 the two holes matching the forward side fuse panels as per detail A in DWG 84... the only problem is, my attach flange F803C-1 does not have any matching holes on the fuse skin side of the attach flange as depicted. I could un-cledo the assembly, and re-cleco installed in the fuse... I could, but I am not... instead I am ordering a new F803C-1 from Vans. I am pretty sure this is a result of my plans being 2011, but my kit being 2006, it's not the first improved part I have ordered. I am sure having the matching holes in the attach flange makes it much easier to get the top fuse skin aligned and match drilled.
