Brief Description:  Cowling - Oil Door Installation Part 3

Cut a small piece of fiberglass from scrap, and mixed to cover the aluminum plate covering the gap between the oil door and cowl. Epoxied the fiberglass strip on top of the aluminum strip. Added a mixture of microballoons and epoxy to the top of the fiberglass strip to fill the tiny gaps and provide a surface to sand smooth after it sets.

While the epoxy was setting up, decided to fit the wheel pants on the gear lag since all the intersection fairing work was done. It was nice to see the pants and intersection fairing still fit as expected after all the sand and fill work needed to affix the intersection fairing.
