Brief Description:  Sorting out the Brake System Assembly

Sorting out the parts and assembly required for the brake system. Located everything but F-866D mounting plate (which I later found can be fabricated...) and MS29919DG10 and MS29919DG4.

My band saw is not quite up to the task of cutting the raw material for the F-866D mounting plate, so will order from Vans. Only 2.25. I will proceed with installing the brake fluid reservoir on front of the firewall, and plan the 1/4" tube routing and forming. It's 1/4" soft alum tube from the reservoir to the mouning plate bracket, then flex tube to the brake cylinders on the back side of the brake pedals. I think it's soft plastic tube from the the brake cylinder returning to the mounting plate, then 1/4" soft alum from the mounting plate, through the gear leg tower, through the bottom of the fuse floor to a 90 degree elbow connector... and eventually, ending up at the actual brake after traversing the rear side of the gear leg.

Have to locate and drill the hole in the floor of the gear leg tower, should not be an issue since the fuel vent line also exits the fuse from the gear leg tower, forward of the gear leg. The brake line exits the fuse rear of the gear leg, and is covered by an access plate so it's not visable when finished.
