Aligning the elevators to HS - more of... - Made a jig to ensure sufficient rod end bearning is through the read HS spar. The little notch is to clear the rivet to get an accurate distance measurement.
Trim the HS skin for the right and left EL. Previous builder had already riveted the fiberglass tips to the HS, so I had to drill out before I could trim the HS skin so the counter balance tips of the EL will clear. Used the Dremel to trim the HS skin.
Gotta make sure the rod end bearings are good
Made a jig to ensure proper rod end bearing install
