I finished prepping the lower aileron skins by sanding the edges of the foam core and inner laminates. This worked great and the skins look virgin again ready for new core.
I then built a flat table out of 3/4 inch ply. The table is 8 feet long and 14 inches wide. I put three 8 foot long ribs five inches in height across the bottom to provide a for sure flat surface. The table will be used for both flap and aileron work and eventual closures.
