I clecoed the F-01411A and F-01411B bulkheads together with the F-01411C horizontal stabilizer attach bars. I final drilled #30 the hole locations indicated in the plans.
I disassembled the parts, deburred them on my bench grinder with the scotch brite wheel. On the curved portions of the bulheads, I used the scotch brite wheel to round over the faceted edges.
I fluted the bottom flanges of the bulkheads to fit the aft bottom skin and dimpled the #40 holes in the flanges, except for the ones that were not to be dimpled per the plans.
I also dimpled the optional #27 holes in the flanges for the access cover. This will allow for a flush screw installation later.
The parts are now ready to be cleaned, etched, and primed.
