Brief Description: Wing Kit Inventoried

I inventoried the Wing kit parts using the packing lists supplied by Van's. Just like the Empennage kit, there were two lists, one for all the parts and bags of hardware, and a second list of the contents of each of the bags of hardware.
All the parts were accounted for except for the left tank inboard nose rib, part number T-1003C-L. I called Van's and they shipped it out right away. There was also a bag of AN470AD4-10 rivets that weren't listed on the packing list. Not sure where they'll be used, but I wrote the bag number and contents on the packing list and hardware list.
I made sure all the bags of hardware were accounted for, then I went back later and checked the contents of the bags. I didn't count the rivets though. The rivet quantities all looked correct.
I organized some of the parts on my parts shelves in the basement. Other parts, like the spars and wing tips I put in my living room.
The next task is to organize the rivets, screws, bolts, etc, into the small storage bins.
