I clecoed the left and right tip rib assemblies to the left and right elevator sections. I final drilled #30 the holes called out in the plans between the tip rib assemblies, front spar flanges, and rear spar shear clips.
I final drilled #30 the gussets that were clecoed to the left and right rear spars and root ribs. I removed the gussets, deburred the edges and the holes on both sides, then clecoed the gussets back in place.
