Brief Description: Elevator Right Rear Spar/Trim Tab Hinge
I trimmed the end of one of the elevator rear spars to create the right rear spar. The rear spar for the right side of the elevator had to be trimmed 11/16 inches to allow room for the E-906-1 right root rib to be placed. I removed the right root rib to show the right rear spar clecoed in place.
I marked and drilled the #40 pilot holes in the forward and aft sections of the trim tab hinge. The aft hole was inset 1/4 inches from the end, and the forward hole was inset 3/16 inches. The pilot holes will be used later for the initial alignment of the forward and aft hinge sections prior to drilling the rest of the holes
