I deburred the edges of the nose ribs and inspar ribs. I then fluted the ribs so that the holes in the flanges lined up straight.
I radiused the front corners of the nose ribs to ease the fit between the nose ribs and the skins when the skins are attached.
I bent the forward and aft flanges of two of the nose ribs and two of the inspar ribs per the plans. These ribs will be attached to the front spar at a different angle. The other ribs don't need modification as they will be attached perpendicular to the spar web.
The next step is to clean, etch, and prime the ribs.
