Brief Description: Horizontal Stabilizer Front Spar Part 2
After previously deburring the holes in the spar web and spar caps, I clecoed the spar caps to the spar web again and match drilled #40 all the 3/32 holes in the flanges of the spar to the spar caps.
I clecoed the front spar doubler to the spar and final drilled #30 all the 1/8 holes common to the front spar and the front spar doubler.
I final drilled #12 the four holes called out in the plans between the spar and the doubler.
Then using the drill press, I final drilled 1/4 the two holes indicated in the plans.
Notice the holes in the picture that I taped over so that I didn't accidentally drill them. They will get drilled in a later step with the nose ribs and inspar ribs at these two locations.
