I dimpled all the components of the vertical stabilizer where the plans called for AN426 flush rivets. The bottom row of holes on the skin had six places on each side that were not to be dimpled. I covered those holes with a piece of tape. Those holes will be used later to attach the empennage fairings.
The holes in the skin, spars, and ribs were dimpled for 3/32 rivets. The holes in the lower face of the rear spar were dimpled for 1/8 rivets.
