Measured where roll bar contacts the fuselage and marked where to trim the flange. Cut off excess flange and sanded smooth. Tried to attach the roll bar but couldn't get the spacers, washers and nuts to stay in positionin order to put the bolts in. Decided to stick it all together with RTV and come back another day.
