Brief Description: Fans, Top skin

Wired thepower and ground from the VP-400 for the two fans I bought from radio shack for cooling avionics and providing some heat to the windscreen. Cut holes in top skin for fans. Deburred and dimpled forward top skin in preparation for riveting.
