Worked on the 704 upright caps that fit over the center section spar uprights. Located, drilled and deburred for both sides. Put aside for after the wings are attached. Decided to mount the tracks for the canopy. Re-checked all measurements and re-read the directions since it had been so long since I worked on the canopy. Made spacers that fit under the 721's below the aft portion of the track and put in place. Drilled all holes in the track to final size. Deburred all holes and then installed the tracks with the hardware needed. Brought the canopy out and installed on the track rollers and on the back slide block. Made sure the rollers were parallel to the tracks and the progressively drilled the holes for the screw that holds it together. Deburred as much as possible and put the screws, washer and nuts in place but did not final tighten as I expect to take the canopy off again in the future. Not a lot accomplished for how many hours I put in. I did do a lot of vacuuming to keep things cleaned up.
