Finished deburring and dimpling the upper forward fuselage ribs and subpanels. Riveted all pieces in which took much longer than I thought it would. Should have done it before putting the engine mount on since it created some access problems with the rivet gun. Prior to riveting the panel pieces I riveted the two rivets from the bulkhead to the longeron. Also permanently mount the VA168 pressure manifold and torque sealed the nuts. Put torque seal on firewall pass throughs too. Removed bottom cover to intake manifold to prepare to mount the carburetor. Lots of preservative fluid in the manifold so I have been letting it drain and stuffing paper towels up to soak up the oil. Reamed the holes for the carburetor control bracket.
