Installed the marker beacon, not sure what I'm going to do with it but it's there since I bought it 2 years ago when I thought I would get an instrument rating. Installed firewall pass thru's from SafeAir. Drilled 3/4 inch holes first with a step drill after laying out the positions on either side of the firewall. Then used a die grinder and a round ball stone that made the hole a perfect size for the fitting. Deburred all edges and screwed in both firewall pass thru's after drilling and deburring screw holes. Worked on installing the flap postion sensor that I will use with the Vertical Power setup. Had purchased a Ray Allen POS-12 sensor and used an idea to install from another builder. Used two model airplane Du-bro 2-56 Safety Lock Kwik-Links and threaded rod attached to a Adel clamp via a fabricated .063 adapter. After getting positioning correct I drilled the holes to mount the sensor. Temporarily screwed in sensor but I want to get nicer hardware for permanent installation.
