Brief Description:  Wiring and coax

Cleaned up wring harnesses behind baggage area and zip tied them into final alignment. Rerouted the Dynon network harness slightly going from the back to the panel. Removed pins at front from d-sub connector to have all wires align correctly. Decided to tackle some of the coax and antenna wiring. Made my first BNC connector assembly after practicing stripping the wires about 10 times to get it right, Had to adjust the coax stripper with the allen screws to get the blades right on the RG400. Crimped on the center pin first and then installed in the connector. Once everything was lined up I crimped on the ferrule to the connector. Pull tested everything and used my multi-meter to test for good electrical isolation of the pin and conector. Used heat shrink on the coax at the connector. Pulled other end of coax through fuselage for the Transponder antenna and zip tied into approximate position and cut the coax to length. Attached connector and coax to Transponder antenna as seen in picture 2. Repeated the process for the bent whip antenna as seen in picture 1. however the forward ends are not completed. Installed the BNC connector on the forward end of the coax and installed on ADB-B module as seen in picture number 3. The connector at the ADS-B antenna is not finished as I want to use a 90 degree one there and have to order it. Also, don't have enough coax or the 90 degree BNC connector to do the Marker Beacon antenna.
