Tidied up the bellcrank by sanding and refining it. Attached it to the rudder bellcrank cover with 2 #8 screws and nutplates. Cut the flapper cable and attached to bell crank. Installed push-pull cable in instrument panel. Drilled hole through canard bulkhead for the most direct route. Left cable intact till I get the canard back on and make sure there is no interference requireing a reroute.
Worked on cabin doors a little and decided that for a better fit I would move the lower aft CP fuselage pin outboard to where it naturally lines up with the door pin. The pilot door will fit better if the upper aft corner was moved up. I put a spacer in this area and the door closed much better. I left the spacer in, heated the upper aft door area with a heat gun and latched the door. I am hoping the door will take the new set.
Installed the cabin heater outlet on the copilot side under rudder pedals.
