Did a lot of gear swinging today. Noted loose MG cables after excersizing gear. Tightened cables. Adjusted MG and NG "up" micro switch. Mike Snyder inspected gear and brake mechanism. He found several issues that I subsequently addressed. Opened up Pilot side gear well a little. Fixed main wheel cotter pins. Tweeked nose gear to provide additional clearance between wheel and doors in up position. Reinstalled 2 castle nuts and cotter pins on CP brakes. Filed MG overcenter linkage for better operation.
Developed some hydraulic pump chatter after gear down. Adjusted gear pump down pressure lower. Seemed to solve problem.
