Sanded mill fiber fill applied yesterday on cowl. Sanded inside of spinner/exhaust transition and applied duct tape to lower cowl. Layed up a 5 bid flange accross this area.. Applied more micro to cowling edges.
Yesterday I had trimmed the elevater ends to increase the gap with the fuselage. I laid up one bid on the elevator end. Sanded it today.
Reinforced pitch motor mounting plate with another screw. Countersunk a flathead screw at forward edge of mounting plate to make plate better able to withstand torque applied by trim motor.
