Brief Description: Concentric torque tube and counter weights
Installed concentric torque tube and inboard counterweights. Achieved 26 degrees down elevator (nose up). Preliminary balance seems ok but will have to recheck later. Trimmed inboard elevators so as to clear fuselage and installed canard on airplane.
