I fit checked the bottom for a final time and figured out my clamping plan. Once satisfied with the fit I drilled some very small holes in the bottom between the longerons. This will endure the bottom gets back in the same position during the heat of bonding tomorrow. I had a couple of small voids that I drilled small holes (one fill, one vent) and resin filled with a syringe. I then coverd the areas will peel ply. Sanded all the bonding surfaces on the fuselage bottom and on the fuselage. These were all peel plyed during construction but I decided to give them an extra scratch with a 50 grit sanding disk. I then vacuumed everything and wiped with acetone.
