Finished my annual inspection on the RV and flew it some, now back to the Long EZ finally!
Squared up the landing gear attach bracket angles that I rough cut some time ago. First I cut the legs to 2.00 inches using my mini mill and a 1/2 inch end mill. The angles were also not quite perpendicular so I squared up them up using a fly cutter so they were perpendicular.
I then took my shop drawing and spray glued it to posterboard. I cut that out and punched the bolt holes out using a punch. I then layed the posterboard pattern out on the fuselage side to check the edge distances to the fuselage wood pieces. I adjusted the drawing a little to place the bolt holes right in the center of the longerons.
