Brief Description: Front Seat and Rear Seat Bulkhead cutouts
I marked out the various cutouts in the front seat and rear seat bulkheads. I cut these out using a router free hand for the straight through cuts. On the front seat where the cutouts are at an angle, I layed out both sides, cut through the skins with a dremel, pulled the skins, used a metal hack saw blade to remove the foam, then finished with sanding blocks to the marked lines. I cut the small slot on the LH side of the front seat bulkhead for the manual landing brake mechanism, which I am planning to use. You can see the peel ply with the red thread in it around the perimeters of the parts.
