I performed the two ply bid layups on the aft side of the F22 bulkhead. While still wet I installed the doubler (I sealed both sides of the doubler foam with slurry first). I then used the "pre-preg" technique to install two ply bid layups over the doubler. This gave me excellent control of the doubler plys and made a nice clean job of it. I peel plyed the doubler ply overlap joint and forgot to peel ply the other edges! Will have to sand the edges before installation.
