I built a four rod cabinet to hold my fabric rolls. I used particle board for the top, bottom, vertical sides. I put it together with pocket screws and glue. I used 3/4 inch electrical conduit for the rods with hasp pins through the ends to hold them in the cabinet. I used a 36 inch "Golden Rod" heater that I screwed to the top inside of the cabinet. This will keep the fabric warm and dry.
