Brief Description: Added platenuts to wing spars

Finished the two wing spars by riveting all of the platenuts that are used to attach the wing tanks and inspection ports. Also added the ailoron bellcrank mounts. Primed all the spar surfaces that were countersunk for corrosion protection.
