Tach Time: N/A Aircraft Kit: #140576 Van’s Aircraft Service Bulletin SB-00027, Dated 11/5/2020 C/W Date: 11/16/2020 * Removed Nose Gear Leg U-01406 * Removed Nose Gear Link Assembly U-01416 * Cut away material from the aft end of the Nose Gear Leg opening where the Nose Gear Link attaches, per SB-00027 * File, sand smooth, polish & prime exposed metal * Re-attach Nose Gear Link Assembly U-01416 with Washer-00023 * Fully torque Nose Gear Link assembly nut MS21045-6 * Applied torque seal to nut MS21045-6 * Reattach Nose Gear Leg U-01406 * Fully torque all associated Nose Gear Leg hardware * Performed operations check on all nose gear assemblies.
