This took longer than expected, but it's finally a wrap. Need to Dremel off two tabs from the new seat back support hinges. Classic Aero Design fabricates them the full width of the seat back - Vans does not. I see no need to insert a longer pin into a hinge that has no matching counter tab at each end to secure to.
