Brief Description:  Seat Heat Circuitry...

Spent the morning determining how to best install the seat heat wiring. Since the aircraft will have Classic Aero Design's full interior I have the option to hide some of the cabling behind side panels. However, the bulk of the wiring will be routed under the seats. After chatting with Luke at Classic Aero, I'm now thinking of offsetting the wire connection access hole, which is normally under the center of each seat, to the outboard side of center. This should help in relieving a bit of stress on the floorboard at the central seating area.

I moved the strobe light control board to the other side of its mounting rib & redirected the wire cabling to it. This arrangement offers a better fit as it now allows me to install each relay module near the seating area access hole & it may grant me a few options down the road should something need to be changed.

Since each seat is heated at the seat & the back brace, two connections need to be made to the relay. I placed the seats in the aircraft for an eyeball check of where to drill those access holes. Tomorrow I hope to wrap things up.

The full interior will not be installed until after the DAR has made his or her inspection.
