After mulling over the schematics to ensure I was on the right pathway, I finalized the connections for the left & right strobe & position lights. Testing with a low current 9v battery verified everything was as it should be. Since the wiring terminates to a 15 pin Dsub connector, I had to step down the 18gauge wiring to 20 gauge & add a shielded ground feed.
