Brief Description: It's Sometimes a Slow Road to Progress...
It's an interesting thing sometimes when you're assembling a kit by yourself & find that you need another set of hands to perform a task. I do not have a problem reaching out for help when needed, but I usually hesitate to ask until I have no other recourse in doing so.
Today was one of those days that I needed to come up with a way to safely lift the panel, avionics & wiring into position within the cockpit. Many of my trusted hands were on their way to AirVenture, as I will be on Monday, so I had to come up with a solution. Long story short – I lighten the load; I protected the merchandise & I took it slow. After a few hours; progress was being made.
Now for the ongoing challenge of completing the remote box installations, coaxial connections, bundling wires & making sure nothing is chafing. This is fun stuff..!
