After nearly a two-week battle with a bug, I was able to return to the hangar to catch-up on a few things. Noticed that the wing rib needed one more nut plate to secure the cover plate. Added that & modified the cover plate for attachment. A thin coat of fuel tank sealant will be applied to the cover plate prior to final attachment & a bead of sealant will be applied to the edges & the attachment screws.
