Brief Description: Fuel Tank & Other Misc. Tasks...
Over the last few days, I have worked through the trails & tribulations of ProSeal. I've learned two things rather quickly: 1.) mix small batches. I found 10g seemed right for this project. 2.) When applying ProSeal, don't play with it too much. (how many times in your life have you been told that ;-)
As sections of the ProSeal were curing, I installed the magnetometer. A rather straight forward task but, unfortunately, the CPC fitting that was supplied with the unit is faulty. SteinAir is sending a replacement.
I had to remove the aileron torque tube/bell crank arm to install the fuel sender, which is now sealed & mounted to the fuel tank. The aileron torque tube/bell crank arm has been re-installed.
All in all, things went along okay & with exception to sealing off the three-rib cover plate socket screws; we're ready to move on.
