Finally received the top & bottom mounting plates from Vans so I assembled the bracket to mount the magnetometer. A straight forward process & a nice refresher on "double flush rivets".
Vans did not ship the hardware required to mount the magnetometer to the mount so; it's off to Home Depots aviation department for a few non-magnetic fasteners.
