Brief Description: IBBS Installation & Re-Fab of Vertical Mount
Installed the Integrated Battery Back-up System (IBBS) unit to the backside of the subpanel. This relatively simple task was a bit more time consuming than anticipated, but it is now complete.
I decided to re-fabricate the vertical support bracket for the Remote Comm Radio (GTR20) & the Audio Panel (GMA245). I was not overly happy with the footing stance of the first draft, as it appeared a tad to narrow to firmly anchor of the hardware to the support rails.
Received a complimentary move forward confirmation from Tim at Stein Air regarding my stacking option for the GTX45, GAD29 & GDL5. Tim found no notable concerns with my layout & I will now incorporate that design into the remote avionics box installation.
