Ensured aircraft was level on its axis. Installed aft nose gear wheel pant section & used spherical magnets to locate eight mounting locations. Marked locations, removed pant & drilled #40 holes. Re-installed aft pant for fitting, attached with clecos. Noted that internal mounting brackets will need a bit of bending outward to keep fiberglass from deforming when screws are in place, but since I am adding a couple layers of 9oz fiberglass cloth for interior strength; I'll wait on this.
Used magnets again for locating left & right tow bar attachment screw heads. i will be installing Flyboy Accessories Tug Guards - https://flyboyaccessories.com/product/tug-guards-for-nosewheel-rvs. Mounted nose cap to check fit. Close.., but still a bit more work needed.
