Enlarged all nutplates center holes to #19 (#12 may be better)
Countersunk & then riveted nutplates to spinner plate assembly
Attached spinner with screws & washer as called-out in the plans
Sanded aft edge of spinner to be flush with spinner plate assembly
NOTE: I have elected not to install the gap fillers to the spinner assembly. Will like relace Vans fiberglass spinner with a polished aluminum one in the near future.
