With the baffles virtually complete, I turned to the baffle seals. I made paper templates and taped these in place. I will initially size them to extend 1 1/2" below the top of the baffle, and 2" above the top of the baffle. Some trimming will need to be done once installed. I also taped a template onto the lower lip of the lower cowl intake. The initial fit seems pretty good, but some cuts will have to be made to allow the seals to curve inward with the cowl installed.
